We are looking for a motivated and technically capable IT Specialist / Systems Integration Specialist to join our team in Dubai and help us build and develop our IT function.

This is an opportunity for someone who wants to take ownership, work across different areas of technology, and play an important role in establishing reliable, secure, and integrated IT systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support for business operations and employees.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computer networks and IT infrastructure.
• Support system integration, connectivity, and interoperability between business applications.
• Manage and troubleshoot firewalls, VPNs, and network security.
• Support Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and other business applications.
• Assist with cloud-based platforms and services, including Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Work with APIs, REST, JSON, XML, and webhooks to support system integrations.
• Coordinate with external IT providers, software vendors, and technology partners.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
• Assist with ERP, accounting, and other business management systems.
• Maintain IT documentation, configurations, procedures, and technical records.
• Support cybersecurity, data protection, access controls, backups, and system reliability.
• Identify opportunities to improve IT infrastructure, automation, integration, and operational efficiency.
• Participate in the implementation of new technologies and IT solutions as the company grows.

Required Skills & Technical Knowledge

The ideal candidate should have a broad understanding of IT and be comfortable working across multiple technology areas, including:

• Computer Networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
• Firewalls and VPNs
• Windows Server / Microsoft 365
• Cloud Platforms: Azure, AWS, and/or Google Cloud
• APIs: REST, JSON, XML
• Webhooks and system integrations
• Basic Database Knowledge: SQL
• Cybersecurity best practices
• ERP / Accounting Systems — preferred
• Hardware and software troubleshooting
• IT infrastructure and systems administration

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
• Relevant certifications or equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
• We are open to candidates with different levels of professional experience.
• Previous experience in IT support, systems administration, networking, cloud technologies, or systems integration is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities.

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
