31C is looking for an IT Specialist to support day-to-day operations across our Linux and Windows environments. This is a hands-on individual-contributor role covering server and workstation administration, user and access management, our Proxmox VE virtualization platform, and the maintenance of our network security infrastructure, including Fortinet firewalls and MikroTik routers. You'll help keep systems reliable, secure, and running smoothly for the whole organization, working closely with the IT Manager and wider tea
