Description

The IT Specialist (Junior Consultant) supports the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) and reports to the IT Project Manager. This position is remote. This role is for a proposal and is pending funding/award. Role Summary The IT Specialist (Junior Consultant) provides entry-level support for the Oracle Cloud HCM migration, assisting with testing, documentation, and coordination activities across the technical workstream. Key Responsibilities * Support test preparation and execution for Oracle HCM modules * Assist with data validation, entry, and tracking of migration activities * Maintain documentation, logs, and system artifacts * Track issues and support follow-up for resolution * Provide administrative and coordination support to the IT workstream * Assist with reporting on testing progress and system readiness Required Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree * 0–1 years of experience in IT, data, or systems support (internships acceptable) * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications * Exposure to enterprise systems or cloud platforms * Familiarity with Excel or data analysis tools PCI Federal (PCIF) and its subsidiaries are an equal-opportunity employer.
