JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Specialist to join our team. This role requires a self-starter with strong problem-solving skills who can work both independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT support, networking, and troubleshooting a variety of hardware and software systems.
The successful candidate for this role will be expected to day travel to Kane, PA approximately once per week as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• 3-5 years of experience in PC hardware support, IT, networking, and server administration.
• Strong knowledge of O365 applications.
• Familiarity with basic programming languages, such as VBA
• Experience with Infor Visual ERP is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Working on scissor lifts to run cabling and diagnose IT issues
• Must have a valid drivers license and be insurable per company motor vehicle policy.

EDUCATION:

• Associate’s degree in IT or a related field (Preferred).

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift (With after hour maintenance / support)
• Monday to Friday (Possible weekend maintenance)
• Occasional day travel to and from Kane, PA facilities

• Provide PC hardware support, including troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Administer and troubleshoot Windows operating systems.
• Support and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and terminal servers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with printers, plotters, and other peripherals.
• Manage and support VMware, Hyper V, NinjaRMM, Infor Visual ERP, SQL Server, and O365 applications.
• Assist with firewall protection and network security.
• Provide technical support for mobile devices.
• Develop an understanding of report building (SSRS) and assist in reporting tasks.
• Utilize basic programming knowledge to support IT functions.
• Communicate effectively with team members and end-users to resolve technical issues.
