IT OPERATIONS AND INFRASTRUCTURE

• Monitor and maintain company-wide IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, laptops, and peripherals
• Provide Level 1–3 technical support to on-site and remote users
• Set up and manage user accounts, access control, hardware provisioning, and software installations
• Maintain IT documentation, including network diagrams, SOPs, inventory logs, and support tickets
• Ensure business continuity through regular system backups, failover testing, and software patching
