YOUR GOAL

As an IT Specialist at Marktlink, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our digital environment runs smoothly, securely, and efficiently. From user support to systems administration and technical governance, you’re the go-to expert in a lean, business-critical IT team.
You’ll be working hands-on with Microsoft Azure, M365, networking, and our CIS (Cybersecurity) platform. You’ll collaborate closely with internal users across the organization, and help shape the way we implement IT governance and security going forward.
We’re not looking for someone who just follows checklists, we want a self-starter who takes initiative, spots improvements before others do, and helps move our IT operations to the next level.

• Day-to-day technical support across the Marktlink organization;
• Management and optimization of our Microsoft 365 and Azure environments;
• Troubleshooting and monitoring of network infrastructure;
• Supporting IT governance, documentation, and IT-based processes;
• Liaising with colleagues in a clear, helpful, and empathetic way;
• Supporting the onboarding/offboarding of employees and device management.
