Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a global organisation as an IT Specialist – Network & Security Administrator (Remote – EU). We are looking for a hands-on expert in enterprise-grade network operations and security, with the ability to support and enhance complex infrastructures across LAN, WAN, and Data Center environments. This role requires strong skills in network administration, Secure Access Service Edge (SASE), Zero-Trust technologies, and automation

Responsibilities
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise-grade network and security administration
  • Manage and support enterprise LAN/WAN, Data Center networks, and SASE/Zero Trust solutions using Cisco Catalyst, Nexus, FlexVPN, and ISE
  • Troubleshoot Tier-2 incidents, escalate to Tier-3, and ensure service continuity while contributing to ITIL-based processes (incident, problem, and change management)
  • Administer security technologies including Check Point firewalls, Zscaler (ZIA/ZPA), Radware DDoS, and IDS/IPS policies, while ensuring compliance with security protocols
  • Implement and improve secure remote access, segmentation, and policy-driven access models in collaboration with Information Security teams
  • Utilize Ansible, Terraform, and Python for network automation and configuration management across hybrid cloud and on-prem environments
  • Monitor network health, report KPIs, create SOPs, and contribute to technical documentation using tools like CheckMK, Cacti, and Visio
  • Work with Microsoft Active Directory, Office 365, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) to support integrated infrastructure environments
  • Cisco certifications (CCNA/CCNP required; CCIE preferred), Check Point CCSA, Zscaler, or CISSP certifications are a plus
  • Fluent in English (CEFR C1+); proficiency in French (B2+) is desirable
