Responsibilities:
Noblis MSD’s mission is to support the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), NAWCAD Engineering & Logistics for Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) Mission Operations and Integration (MO&I), and their missions’ to enable research, development, test and evaluation, acquisition, engineering, systems integration, in-service and fleet engineering with cybersecurity, comprehensive logistics, and life-cycle savings.
Noblis is seeking an IT Specialist to provide technical support for computer systems, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues to support the IT infrastructure and operations of the organization. You will install and configure computer software, applications, and peripherals. Assist users with system setup and maintenance. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, knowledge of various operating systems, and excellent communication abilities. Additionally, you may be involved in evaluating and recommending IT solutions, conducting technology assessments, and assisting with IT procurement and vendor management. Your versatility and adaptability enable them to effectively address a wide range of IT challenges and support the overall IT needs of the organization.

Required Qualifications:

• High School or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) and a minimum of three (3) years computer support experience; two (2) years’ experience in fault detection, isolation, and correction of computer systems and individual peripheral devices.

Desired Qualifications:

• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Experience working with DoD clients, preferably Navy
