Hudson Behavioral Health is seeking a skilled and motivated IT Specialist (Mid-Level) to support and strengthen our technology systems. This role ensures secure, reliable, and efficient technology operations across our network of programs — while helping lead our transition from a third-party IT provider to internal system management. Primary Job Responsibilities · Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for staff hardware, software, and connectivity issues. · Administer Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and user accounts. · Manage onboarding/offboarding, account permissions, and IT asset inventory. · Act as primary liaison for third-party technology providers, including internet, camera/security systems, and IT support vendors. · Coordinate and monitor vendor performance, cybersecurity alerts, and after-hours emergencies. · Support the transition of IT systems and administrative responsibilities from third-party providers to Hudson’s internal oversight. · Maintain documentation, network maps, user guides, and security configurations. · Ensure compliance with HIPAA and cybersecurity policies. · Assist with disaster recovery testing and continuity planning. Preferred Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline. · 3–5 years of professional experience in IT support, network operations, or systems administration. · Proficiency with Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange, Entra ID, SharePoint Online). · Experience with Ubiquiti/Unifi networks and endpoint management tools. · Familiarity with HIPAA compliance, cybersecurity frameworks, and data encryption. · Experience managing vendor relationships or third-party service contracts. · Demonstrated ability to assist in IT transitions or infrastructure projects.
