Job Description

WHAT WILL YOU TAKE CARE OF?

Our CI department is looking for a skilled and motivated IT Specialist to join the team at our Nonantola (MO) site. The selected candidate will be responsible for the operational management of workstations, second-level technical support, and end-user assistance, ensuring compliance with company SLAs and contributing to the continuous improvement of IT services.

Responsibilities
  • Installation and configuration of base operating systems (Windows).
  • Installation and configuration of devices (iOS & Android).
  • Configuration and management of workstations.
  • Configuration and management of peripherals (printers, scanners, barcode readers).
  • Management and tracking of company IT assets using dedicated applications.
  • Troubleshooting and resolution of issues related to workstations and peripherals.
  • Management of second-level IT support tickets.
  • Monitoring and maintenance of company SLAs for ticket resolution.
  • Implementation of preventive actions to ensure service continuity and compliance with minimum service levels.
    Qualifications
    Education: You have a Degree in Computer Engineering or a higher education diploma in Information Technology.
    Experience and know-how: You are skilled in Microsoft Office and Windows/iOS operating systems. You have a good knowledge of software distribution tools (especially MS SCCM) and a solid experience in IT troubleshooting.
    ️ Languages: You have a good level of English (min B2) and are fluent in Italian.
    ‍ Soft Skills: You have strong problem-solving skills and an excellent communication and interpersonal skills with end users. You are team-oriented with a strong focus on results.
