We’re hiring a talented IT Specialist with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in system support and IT infrastructure. This role requires strong knowledge in Windows/macOS, networking, WIFI, and cloud platforms (Google Drive, AWS, Azure). You will be responsible for managing POS systems, sound systems, backups, and IT hardware. A valid UAE driving license is essential.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in an IT Support or IT Specialist role.
• A valid UAE driving license is required.
• Strong hands-on knowledge in:
• Networking, Routers, Firewalls, and WIFI setups.
• Operating Systems: Windows, macOS.
• Cloud platforms: Google Drive, AWS, Azure.
• POS systems, audio/video systems, cloud & local backup tools.
• PC hardware, troubleshooting, upgrades, and repairs.
• Basic understanding of purchasing and evaluating IT equipment.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and provide proactive IT support.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (OPTIONAL):

• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified, AWS Certified, etc.
• Experience supporting multi-location offices or retail outlets.
• Familiarity with IT Asset Management tools and ticketing systems.
• B.Tech or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
