An IT Specialist is in charge of setting up, managing and troubleshooting the technology systems that a business uses to maintain computer and software networks. Responsibilities: Provides technical support identifying, investigating, and resolving user’s problems with computer software and hardware for problems that are beyond the expertise of Technical Support Representatives. Offer technical support to company staff and troubleshoot computer problems. Stay current with system information, changes, and updates. Working knowledge of help desk software, databases and remote control and fundamental operations of relevant hardware and other equipment Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting and maintaining IT hardware, including desktops, laptops, printers, and networking equipment. Assists with technical documentations development and implementation. Special Projects and assistance in other areas of the business as required. Work closely with the IT team to escalate complex issues, share insights and contribute to ongoing process improvements initiatives.
