Job Description Key Responsibilities Provide hands-on end-user support for hardware, software, and digital workplace tools. Drive adoption of Microsoft 365 and Teams as core collaboration platforms. Monitor and analyze service desk metrics to identify areas for improvement. Support digital transformation initiatives and promote best practices. Support users across the EUE-EUNE area as part of the Area Business IT Team Participate in local and area-level IT projects and digital transformation initiatives. Collaborate with the Area business IT and EMEA infrastructure Teams to roll out updates, migrations, and technical projects Maintain site-specific IT documentation including asset inventories and technical diagrams Ensure compliance with IT governance, group policies, and security standards. Manage IT assets and costs efficiently, support budgeting Stakeholder management: regular contact with local GM and Area Business IT Manager Coordinate external IT suppliers, vendors and support partners. Qualifications Requirements Strong technical knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, mobile device management, and hardware troubleshooting. Microsoft 365 expertise (mandatory), Microsoft Teams proficiency. Strong English communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaborate with international teams. Preferred Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform. Exposure to ERP systems or Salesforce. Work experience with ITSM systems (ServiceNOW, etc.)
