Technical Skills

  • Malware Analysis & Removal:
  • Expertise in identifying and classifying different types of malware (e.g., viruses, ransomware, trojans, spyware, rootkits).
  • Proficiency with anti-malware and antivirus software (e.g., Malwarebytes, Norton, Bitdefender).
  • Familiarity with sandbox environments for safe malware execution and analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of threat containment, quarantine, and data recovery procedures.
  • System Diagnostics & Troubleshooting:
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills for a wide range of hardware and software issues.
  • Experience with diagnostic tools (e.g., system monitors, registry editors, process explorers).
  • Ability to analyze system logs, event viewers, and crash dumps.
  • Operating Systems:
  • In-depth knowledge of Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11, Server).
  • Proficiency with macOS and its security features.
  • Familiarity with Linux distributions.
  • Networking & Security Fundamentals:
  • Understanding of basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
