Description We’re looking for an experienced and hands-on IT Specialist to join our R&D team! In this role you will own and lead all IT operations across the company, supporting our global teams - including our offices in Tel Aviv and New York. Our solution leverages predictive models to optimize the efficiency of large-scale paid acquisition campaigns. By applying user-level LTV predictions, our platform enables organizations to attract high-value customers and automate nurturing actions throughout their growth journey. Leading companies like Miro, Deel, Rappi, and Moneylion rely on Voyantis to effectively apply these predictions. They use Voyantis to drive high-value customer acquisition on platforms like Google and Meta, optimize incentives through Salesforce and Braze, and perfectly time upsells, resulting in a 20%-40% ROI uplift. Voyantis is well-backed by top VCs such as Target Global and SquarePeg. The company has tripled in size annually over the past two years and now boasts a team of 70 with offices in California and Tel Aviv. Responsibilities Support system integrations and implementations. Handle onboarding and offboarding processes (accounts, permissions, devices). Purchase, configure, and maintain laptops and other hardware. Manage network infrastructure (Wi-Fi, VPN, AV, Device management, access control, VC systems). Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues. Act as the first point of contact for IT support requests (help desk) company-wide. Ensure security, reliability, and smooth IT operations across all locations. Requirements 3+ years of experience as an IT in tech/startup environments - Must Proven ability to independently manage and prioritize IT operations end to end. Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with macOS and Apple hardware. Skilled in Google Workspace, networking, and access systems. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent in English, comfortable supporting global teams and working across time zones.
