Due to the constant development of Selvita and the IT department, currently, we are looking for a talented and passionate IT Business Application Specialist to support our team in the implementation processes of the ERP and CRM systems as well as daily cooperation with Financial, Payroll, HR, Procurement or Legal Departments. • ERP and CRM functionalities development in cooperation with developers.
• Ongoing support and solving user problems.
• Collecting and analyzing user needs and proposing new solutions.
• Conducting user training.
• Preparation of training materials.
• Creating a user manual.
• Participating in manual tests of the implemented systems.
• Collaborating with business clients in Finance, HR, Procurement, and Legal teams.
