To strengthen our IT team, we are looking for a dedicated and motivated IT Specialist / Application Support Specialist (m/f/d).
Your tasks
- Application support & maintenance: You will be responsible for maintaining and administering our central business applications (such as ERP, DMS or specialist software) and ensuring their smooth operation in daily operations.
- Process support & optimization: Working closely with the specialist departments, you will analyze existing processes and support their digital mapping and optimization within the system.
- First and second-level support: They are the central point of contact for technical or procedural questions, solve application problems, and conduct practical user training.
- Interfaces & Data Maintenance: You monitor and maintain the interfaces between different software systems, create evaluations/reports, and support efforts to ensure data quality.
- Project collaboration & releasing: You actively participate in the introduction of new software solutions, system expansions, as well as updates and release changes.
- Quality & System Documentation: You will support the documentation of system adjustments, processes and authorization concepts in accordance with internal guidelines.
Your qualifications
- Completed IT training (e.g., IT specialist (m/f/d) for application development or system integration), a degree in business informatics or a comparable qualification
- Initial or substantial practical experience in supporting enterprise applications (e.g., ERP, CRM, or DMS)
- Interest in business or production processes, as well as enjoyment in translating the requirements of specialist departments into IT solutions.
- Understanding databases (e.g., SQL for simple queries or evaluations) and interfaces is advantageous.
- Prior experience in quality management or documentation in a regulated environment (e.g., ISO 13485 / GxP) is welcome, but not a requirement.
- Strong service and customer orientation, a structured way of working, as well as open communication and teamwork skills.
