Duties and Responsibilities  As IT - Stage, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation in the following:  * Assist guests for information technology issues. * Support the IT Manager in leading Home Office and local ITT initiatives. * Support the management of the ITT infrastructure, capacity planning, stability, contingency and disaster recovery planning. * Support the maintenance and administration of the computer networks and related environments including computer hardware, systems software, applications software, and all configurations. * Support the operational Head of Department’s with the management of the IT Systems in their departments. * Support the local ITT Policy and Procedure and Stand Operating Procedure. * Follow Six Senses guidelines as they relate to the security and operation of computer systems. * Keep aware of ITT trends as they relate to the hospitality industry. * Complete forms and reports in accordance with company procedures. * Assist in setting up and maintaining paper and electronic filing systems for records, correspondence, and other material. * Attend meetings and training as required by supervisors. * Upkeep Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation. My performance benchmarks are maintained and exceeded. * Perform any additional tasks given to me by supervisor/management. Qualifications To execute the position of IT - Stage, I must have the required qualifications, technical skills and experience in a similar role in luxury hotels with proven results and includes the following: * High school diploma or equivalent in IT Management with MCSE certification;. Hospitality diploma/degree from a recognized hospitality school is preferred. * Technical skills include in depth design skills, concept skills, knowledge of the Microsoft XP Suite, knowledge of SMS 2003, Microsoft SharePoint services and Veritas Backup Exec Anti-virus & Spyware tools and Intrusion Prevention and Detection solutions and other hospitality programs, APP and systems used in hotel including MICROS/point of sell platforms. Knowledge on how to install and administer computer operations as well as knowledge in hardware, software and networks installation, coding and protection.  * Fluent in Italian and English. * Eligible to work in Italy. Responsibilities
