Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative IT Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Phu Quoc, Vietnam. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for overseeing daily IT operations, managing technical projects, and ensuring the efficiency and security of our IT infrastructure. Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to optimise system performance and security Oversee the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, networks, and other IT infrastructure Manage IT projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget Analyse and resolve complex IT issues, providing technical support to end-users when necessary Collaborate with other departments to align IT strategies with organisational goals Monitor and report on IT system performance, security, and user satisfaction Implement and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the organisation Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for IT services and equipment Ensure compliance with relevant IT regulations and standards Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Proven experience in IT management, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory role Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff In-depth understanding of IT operations, infrastructure, and management systems Excellent problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented and analytical approach Proficiency in data analysis and report generation Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Experience with project management methodologies and IT service management frameworks Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and risk management Familiarity with cloud computing technologies and infrastructure management Ability to make quick, informed decisions in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in IT-specific software and systems Relevant IT certifications (e.g., ITIL, CompTIA, CISSP) would be advantageous Fluency in English required; Vietnamese language skills highly desirable Flexibility to work varying shifts, including occasional weekends and holidays, to support critical IT operations Additional Information What awaits you...
