Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive IT Supervisor to lead and support our IT operations and systems management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise IT environments and hands-on experience with modern device management and security platforms including Microsoft Intune, JAMF, Microsoft Entra (formerly Azure AD), and Cloudflare. You will oversee daily IT operations and ensure the stability and security of our infrastructure. Candidates should also have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Ensuring efficient and high-quality technical support across the organization.
• Oversee the deployment, configuration, and management of endpoints using Microsoft Intune (Windows) and JAMF (macOS).
• Manage identity and access controls using Microsoft Entra; enforce conditional access policies, MFA, and user lifecycle workflows.
• Implement and maintain Cloudflare services for DNS management, zero-trust access, and application security.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures, including device security, data protection, and user access.
• Coordinate IT onboarding and offboarding processes, including provisioning of hardware, software, and access rights.
• Collaborate with other departments to understand IT requirements and deliver technical solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Monitor and troubleshoot system performance, network integrity, and user-reported issues.
• Document IT procedures, configurations, and support resolutions to ensure consistent knowledge sharing.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions to improve IT efficiency and cybersecurity posture.
• Maintain and manage organization’s hardware and software.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven experience (3+ years) in a hands-on IT role.
• Strong technical proficiency in:

o Microsoft Intune for mobile device and application management.
o JAMF Pro for macOS endpoint deployment and configuration.
o Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) for identity and access management.

o Cloudflare for secure networking and DNS solutions.

• Excellent understanding of endpoint security, identity management, and cloud-based IT infrastructure.
• Familiarity with Windows and macOS environments.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects with minimal supervision.
