This role assists cross-property teams, drives POS improvements, and ensures operational efficiency across locations.   Key Responsibilities Conduct daily point-of-sale (POS) equipment inspections and system health checks to ensure all devices meet established operational standards. Coordinate regularly with POS vendors and partners via email, web portals, and phone to address technical issues and system updates. Collaborate with on-site departments to ensure IT-related needs are identified, supported, and resolved in a timely manner. Communicate procedural and protocol updates to management, ensuring clarity and alignment with operational objectives. Ensure adherence to all regulatory and safety compliance standards. Monitor systems and infrastructure to maintain company and facility compliance requirements. Uphold organizational technology standards by maintaining and supporting equipment performance and reliability.     Duties/Goals (Extended) Game Day Support Pre-Game Walks Final Handheld Deployment Day of Game Calls and events Knowledge of CRI, Mashgin, and Shift4 Support (Venue + Enterprise) After-Game Offline Sales and Handheld Returns On-Season Dark Day Support Handheld Charging and Pre-Game Deployment Continual walks confirming Operational Status RMA Ticket Building Replacing Damaged Equipment Back Office Support (On-Season + Off-Season) Knowledge of Basic Computer Software with Levy (PrinterLogic, Zscaler, LevyDish, Canopy) On-the-clock support during shift with users Knowledge with LevyHelpDesk Knowledge of setting up Monitors, Docking Stations, and Switches Off-Season Dark Days When Needed: Cleaning and Organization of IT Rooms Knowledge of new projects and objectives Fixing and Identifying issues from prior season Consistent awareness of users and their IT support Apply to Levy today!
