MAIN TASKS

• Engineering and further development of cloud-based endpoint management with Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot
• Packaging, deployment and lifecycle management of applications, Windows, Microsoft 365 Apps, as well as drivers and firmware
• Operation and further development of Windows, mobile and virtual workplaces, including Windows 365
• Ensuring device security, compliance, and controlled permissions in collaboration with security and other IT teams.
• Analysis of device health, performance and user experience, and implementation of sustainable improvements
• Automation of recurring processes and troubleshooting with PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, and standardized engineering practices. 

PROFILE

• Completed vocational training with relevant professional experience or a degree in computer science or a comparable qualification
• Solid experience in modern endpoint and application management, ideally with Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot and Microsoft 365
• Good knowledge of the Windows client lifecycle, software packaging, update management, and device and compliance policies.
• Practical experience in PowerShell and automation; knowledge of Microsoft Graph, GitHub or Azure DevOps is advantageous.
• Understanding of Entra ID, Conditional Access, Endpoint Security and modern cloud and Zero Trust concepts
• Analytical, structured and service-oriented work style with a passion for sustainable troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
• A high degree of independence, personal responsibility and teamwork skills, as well as a willingness to collaborate across team boundaries.
• Good German and English skills
