Description Join our fast-growing IT Support team as an IT Support Admin, working with cutting-edge technologies in a dynamic environment. Your responsibilities will include: Maintaining and improving the company's systems infrastructure with a focus on security protocols. Providing global service and support to end-users and partners across multiple sites. Resolving complex and escalated support issues. Managing user lifecycles (onboarding/offboarding) and automating related processes. Implementing automation to enhance user experience and IT productivity. Requirements At least 3 years of proven experience in an IT support or Sys Admin role (must-have). Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with Google Workspace (G-suite) platform (must-have). Experience with network design infrastructure and configuration (must-have). Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and supporting MacOS and Windows 10/11 devices (must-have). Experience working with Okta, our core system (must-have). Experience with FreshService and Jamf (significant advantage). Experience with scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, Bash) (advantage). Experience working with AWS Workspaces platform (advantage). Service-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills and a high level of English. Well-organized with strong attention to detail. Ability to learn and implement new technologies. Willingness to be available 24/7 for urgent requests, including weekends. Passion for new AI technologies, driven by innovation, and experience with automated processes. About ActiveFence None
