JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking to hire a skilled and proactive IT Support / System Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the school’s IT infrastructure, providing technical support to staff and students, and ensuring the smooth operation of digital learning tools and systems.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in an educational environment
  • Strong knowledge of Windows, basic networking, and cloud platforms
  • Familiarity with school ERP systems and educational technology tools is a plus
  • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and support multiple users

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
  • Maintain and troubleshoot school IT systems, servers, Wi-Fi, and printers
  • Manage user accounts, email systems, and access permissions
  • Ensure data security, regular backups, and antivirus protection
  • Support interactive classroom technologies (smart boards, projectors, etc.)
  • Assist with ERP, attendance, and learning platforms (Google Workspace, MS Teams, etc.)
  • Coordinate with vendors for repairs and IT procurement
  • Maintain an IT inventory and service records
