Funciones principales del rol: Operar y administrar el sistema WMS (Prime) para gestionar inventarios, entradas y salidas. Registrar y validar transacciones logísticas en SAP (órdenes de compra, ventas, devoluciones). Monitorear procesos operativos y asegurar la continuidad de la información. Coordinar la resolución de incidencias con equipos de soporte. Generar reportes de desempeño y KPIs para la toma de decisiones. Capacitar usuarios en SAP y WMS. Participar en pruebas y mejoras de sistemas. Asegurar el cumplimiento de políticas internas de calidad y seguridad. Requisitos del perfil: Carrera técnica o profesional en Sistemas, Ingeniería Industrial, Logística o afín. Experiencia comprobable en operación de WMS y SAP. Conocimiento en integración de interfaces entre sistemas. Manejo de herramientas de ticketing. Habilidad para documentar procesos y capacitar usuarios. Actitud colaborativa, orientación al cliente interno y comunicación efectiva. NA

Responsibilities

The IT Support Administrator will operate and manage the WMS system to oversee inventory and logistics transactions. They will also generate performance reports and ensure compliance with internal quality and safety policies.
