· Synchronize operations and technology to optimize and drive efficiency
· Ensure current and new systems/servers are functioning as intended
· configure and test programming for in-house software programs
· Configure and manage Integrations between inhouse and external systems
· Create, test and implement reporting and enhancements.
· Debug configurations for existing programs based on immediate need
· Balance workday between multiple projects and support team in responding and solutioning requests and support tickets
· Implement systems in in-house production environment
· Report and update key stakeholders regularly
