ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a reliable IT Support Executive to manage day-to-day technical issues while ensuring CRM uptime and strict data protection protocols. This role requires someone who understands the importance of secure systems, accurate access control, and fast support resolution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide tech support for laptops, desktops, printers, and connectivity issues
  • Set up and manage user accounts, permissions, and device security
  • Handle CRM-related issues: login/access, UI bugs, sync issues, and basic training
  • Ensure proper access levels and restrict unauthorized data usage or downloads
  • Implement and monitor data protection measures across devices and platforms
  • Support software installation, updates, antivirus, and backups
  • Regularly review systems for vulnerabilities or potential breaches
  • Document incidents and follow standard IT protocols for escalation
  • Coordinate with CRM vendors or IT service providers when needed
