CK Group are recruiting for an IT Support Analyst, to join a company in the Pharmaceutical industry, at their site based in Burgess Hill, on a contract basis for 3 months.

• Log and track end users’ incidents, working within SLA’s.
• To be able to identify recurring issues and challenges that end users are experiencing, and raise these with the relevant teams for further investigation.
• Ensure users receive swift resolutions to their IT queries or problems.
• Provide proactive, customer focused, face to face onsite support.
