POSITION SUMMARY:
The IT Support Analyst is a critical member of the IT Service Desk team, responsible for providing advanced technical support and ensuring seamless operation of Ardelyx’s IT systems. This role focuses on delivering high-quality service to all employees, including executives, and maintaining efficient IT operations across multiple sites.
QUALIFICATIONS:
