We’re seeking an IT Support Analyst II who thrives on helping others, solving complex problems, and delivering an outstanding user experience. In this role, you’ll provide advanced technical assistance to internal teams, manage system configurations, and ensure seamless technology operations across our global organization. You’ll play a key role in maintaining reliable systems, resolving technical issues efficiently, and supporting initiatives that enhance productivity and collaboration company-wide. This is a hybrid role, 2 days a week in the Deerfield, IL office, potentially up to 4 days depending on business needs. PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Independently deploy, configure, and support PCs, laptops, tablets, printers, and mobile devices. Manage Azure Intune enrollment and device imaging for multiple users. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with mobile device management (Android, iPhone, iPad, Samsung Knox). Set up and manage user accounts in Active Directory (on-premises and Azure). Provide advanced support for Microsoft Office 365, Teams, Dynamics CRM, Great Plains, SharePoint, and related systems. Perform advanced computer repairs and basic network troubleshooting. Use remote support tools to resolve issues for remote users. Manage service tickets, prioritize workload, and escalate highly complex issues as needed. Contribute to IT documentation and knowledge base articles. Mentor and support Analyst I team members. Lead root cause analysis for technical incidents and proactively identify system vulnerabilities. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other IT teams on cross-functional projects (e.g., security changes, process automation). Contribute to or lead technical implementation of software and infrastructure projects. Maintain excellent customer service and uphold IT policies and security protocols. Other duties as assigned. REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES/EXPERIENCE Proficient to advanced in Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, and device management platforms. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and project management skills. Experience leading technical projects and mentoring team members. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to collaborate across teams and manage escalations. Commitment to Envista Forensics’ 5 Guiding Principles. PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, CompTIA Security+, ITIL). 2+ years of progressive IT support experience. EDUCATION Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
