Position Summary The Desktop Support Technician will provide advanced technical support and assist with enterprise device management and deployment projects. This role focuses on managing Windows and Apple environments, transitioning systems to modern management platforms, and ensuring secure and efficient operations across all endpoints. Key Responsibilities Manage and support Microsoft Intune for device enrollment, compliance policies, and application deployment, while assisting with migration from SCCM to Intune. Configure and maintain Apple devices, including MacBooks and iPads, ensuring proper integration with enterprise systems and security standards. Build and deploy patches, profiles, and applications across Windows and Apple environments to maintain system integrity and compliance. Provide troubleshooting and support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices, including OS issues, application errors, and connectivity problems. Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams to implement best practices for endpoint management and identity access control. Document processes and maintain accurate records in ticketing systems for configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting activities. Required Qualifications Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and SCCM for device management and deployment. Proficiency in supporting Windows and macOS environments. Familiarity with Apple device management tools such as JAMF and Apple Business Manager (preferred). Strong understanding of patch management, profile configuration, and application deployment. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Neenah, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $33.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
