Job Description

Responsibilities

Reporting to the IT Services Manager, you will provide technical support to users by troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring efficient technology operations, all while embracing a flexible approach in our start-up environment.

  • Assist users with troubleshooting software, hardware, and network issues via phone, email, or chat, while logging incidents in the ITSM system for timely resolution
  • Manage user accounts and permissions, resolve application issues, provide training, and maintain documentation outlining configurations and best practices
  • Monitor system performance, implement security measures, maintain inventory of IT equipment and licenses, and contribute to proactive maintenance systems
  • Conduct training sessions and develop materials while collaborating with IT team members on projects and liaising with vendors for support
