Position Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Support Analyst with hands-on experience supporting ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365, and other key business platforms, including Fluence, Concur, and Dayforce. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and user support of these systems, while also contributing to process improvements and system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide second- and third-level support for ERP and business systems, including issue resolution, user assistance, and system troubleshooting.
  • Serve as a liaison between business users and technical teams, translating business needs into technical solutions.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure data integrity across platforms.
  • Assist in system upgrades, patches, and configuration changes in collaboration with vendors and internal teams.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including user guides, FAQs, and support procedures.
  • Support training initiatives for end users to promote system adoption and best practices.
  • Participate in testing and validation of new features, integrations, and system updates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process automation and optimization.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in IT support or business systems analysis.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations or CRM).
  • Experience supporting or administering Fluence, Concur, and Dayforce.
  • Familiarity with ITIL practices and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
  • Solid understanding of business processes in finance, HR, and operations.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with system integrations, APIs, or middleware platforms.
  • Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or other reporting tools.
  • Exposure to cloud-based environments and SaaS platforms.
  • Bilingual (English/French) is an asset, especially for roles based in Canada.
