Ngā kōrero mō tēnei tūranga / About the role As part of our internal IT support services team (NZiT) you will be a representative and champion for all technology and applications, providing support and advice to the wider business and staff. Some of your key responsibilities will include: Being the first point of contact either onsite or by phone, ticketing system or email re staff IT issues Troubleshooting and helping staff get ahead with best practices, and productivity tips Providing training on existing and new hardware and applications Supporting and delivering technology tasks Managing documentation and continuous improvement of knowledge base for NZiT staff as well as customers After hours support on a rostered basis Ngā pūkenga ka kawea mai e koe, ka whakawhanakehia rānei i tēnei tūranga / Skills you will bring or develop in this role As a frontline and onsite contact in our PwC Wellington office, we are seeking an individual who can bring their passion for technology along with their exceptional customer service skills, to provide a great experience to our staff. You will be working alongside a senior team member who is an expert in their field so you will be provided with the support and training to be a tech savvy go-to within the firm.
