Position Reporting to the IT Manager, The IT Support Analyst plays a key role in the Rundle College Society IT Department, working in collaboration to ensure technology infrastructure and end user devices are working effectively for learning and business continuity. The IT Support Analyst will primarily work Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM- 4:00 PM and 8:00 - 2:30 PM on Friday. Availability outside of these hours may be required, on occasion.  Duties and Responsibilities There are a variety of content areas where the IT Support Analyst will work in collaboration with other IT Department team members.  Other areas will be a unique responsibility of the IT Support Analyst to provide leadership and responsibility in these areas.  The IT Support Analyst will work to build IT solutions to support the effective use of technology to enhance school operations and transform learning in the classroom. * Device Management * Hardware Support and distribution * Cloud Infrastructure Support * AV Technical Setup and Maintenance * MDM Application Platform knowledge * Help Desk Tasks * Vendor Management * Root Cause Troubleshooting Competencies * IT Support Analyst with excellent interpersonal and communication skills * In-depth technical knowledge and experience working in the corporate and/or education environment * Knowledge of the practice of instructional technology and experience working with students and educators an asset * Ability to successfully contribute to the delivery of complex, enterprise-wide technology solutions * A proven track record of effective documentation and providing training to teachers and staff when needed * Ability to arrive at decisions collaboratively with colleagues * Knowledge of the theory and practice of instructional technology and experience working with students and educators an asset * Familiarity with the PowerSchool, Google Workspace and Learning Management Systems Qualifications * 2 year related diploma or * 2  years minimum related experience in IT Support Analyst role * K-12/Higher Ed education experience an asset * Computer Science or related degree an asset * Completion of a police information check and vulnerable sector check How to Apply  All qualified candidates are encouraged to apply and express their interest in confidence through our Talent Community [https://workforcenow.adp.com/mascsr/default/mdf/recruitment/recruitment.html?cid=e7e9ca8d-f0d1-41a8-98bd-38aa2afbcc97&selectedMenuKey=CareerCenter] on ADP.
