Requirements

Strong written and spoken English.

1–3 years of customer service experience.

Marketplace, e-commerce, booking, delivery, or service-platform experience preferred.

Experience with WhatsApp Business or similar customer service platforms.

YCloud, CRM, or WhatsApp Business API experience is a plus.

Good communication, problem-solving, and Excel/Google Sheets skills.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced start-up environment.
