Job Description Are you a proactive IT professional who thrives on solving complex technical issues and delivering exceptional customer service? We are seeking a Level 2 IT Support Analyst to join our team based near Perth Airport, supporting a dynamic and fast-paced operational environment. An It Support Analyst ensures a timely resolution of incidents and maintaining high service standards. You’ll work closely with global and regional IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver reliable IT services and support business-critical operations. Key responsibilities include However, not limited to: Provide Level 2 support for moderate complexity technical issues escalated from the Global Service Desk and end users Deliver high-quality customer service to the Australia end-user community Evaluate user needs, diagnose technical issues, and implement effective solutions Coordinate with local, regional, and global IT teams and vendors to resolve incidents Troubleshoot general end-user desktop IT issues Resolve IT peripheral issues (printers, cabling, conferencing systems, Wi-Fi, LAN connectivity, patching) Conduct site reviews and maintain documentation Perform hardware/software installation, imaging, and configuration (Windows OS and protocols) Manage Active Directory access and permissions Support vendor technologies and networking appliances Provide support for mobile devices Track, monitor, and communicate progress of incidents using ServiceNow Provide urgent IT support to VIP staff and laboratory operations when required Prioritise and triage tickets based on severity Contribute to IT projects and business initiatives Qualifications The successful candidate will have: Proven experience in an IT support / support engineer role Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues both onsite and remotely Experience supporting desktop environments, networks, and end-user technologies Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities Additional Information WHY WORK FOR SGS?
