We are seeking a Level 2 IT Support Analyst to join our team based in the office (5 days a week) in Perth supporting a dynamic and fast-paced operational environment. The salary is between $60-$70K.An It Support Analyst ensures a timely resolution of incidents and maintaining high service standards. You’ll work closely with global and regional IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver reliable IT services and support business-critical operations.Key responsibilities include However, not limited to: Provide Level 2 support for moderate complexity technical issues escalated from the Global Service Desk and end usersDeliver high-quality customer service to the Australia end-user communityEvaluate user needs, diagnose technical issues, and implement effective solutionsCoordinate with local, regional, and global IT teams and vendors to resolve incidentsTroubleshoot general end-user desktop IT issuesResolve IT peripheral issues (printers, cabling, conferencing systems, Wi-Fi, LAN connectivity, patching)Conduct site reviews and maintain documentationPerform hardware/software installation, imaging, and configuration (Windows OS and protocols)Manage Active Directory access and permissionsSupport vendor technologies and networking appliancesProvide support for mobile devicesTrack, monitor, and communicate progress of incidents using ServiceNowProvide urgent IT support to VIP staff and laboratory operations when requiredPrioritise and triage tickets based on severityContribute to IT projects and business initiativesQualificationsThe successful candidate will have: Proven experience in an IT support / support engineer roleStrong ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues both onsite and remotelyExperience supporting desktop environments, networks, and end-user technologiesExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environmentStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing prioritiesWe encourage applications from candidates currently based in Perth, WA.
