Do you enjoy working with computers, smartphones, and technical issues? Do you like helping others and persevere with a problem until a viable solution is found? Then we offer you an entry-level position in our internal IT department.

Your tasks

• Acceptance, prioritization, and traceable documentation of internal IT requests
• Friendly and understandable support from our staff in case of technical problems
• Setup and support of PCs, laptops, printers, telephones and mobile devices
• Management of user accounts, access rights, passwords and permissions
• Troubleshooting typical problems with Windows, Microsoft 365, printers, industry-specific software, mobile devices, and network and connectivity issues.
• Maintenance of device, user and solution documentation, as well as creation of easy-to-understand instructions.
• Participation in smaller IT projects, rollouts and improvements

Your profile

• Ideally, you will have training in the IT field – career changers with an affinity for IT are welcome.
• Basic knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, PCs and mobile devices
• Enjoyment of technical questions and challenges
• Patient and respectful interaction with people with varying levels of IT knowledge
• Reliable, structured and meticulous work ethic
