This is your opportunity! We are currently seeking an IT Support and Systems Trainee to join Bosch Service Solutions in Ovar. The selected candidate will be part of an Iberian IT team, working in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Main responsibilities: Provide first-level support to Service Desk Service Solutions. Diagnose and resolve technical issues within a Helpdesk context. Support operational topics related to sending and receiving orders. Assist with matters related to local IT infrastructure. Contribute proactively to daily IT support activities, ensuring service quality and continuity. Habilitações What distinguishes you: Relevant studies/training in IT field Mandatory languages: Portuguese (native) and English (fluency). Spanish would be a plus. Knowledge in installing, setting-up and repairing computers Windows operational system knowledge Proactive and initiative-driven mindset Strong willingness to learn and support different IT-related topics. Ability to work collaboratively within an international team.
