LET’S TALK ABOUT THE JOB!You will report to the IS & Projects Service Delivery Manager and be responsible for providing on-site IT support and managing IT assets to ensure efficient operations at our head office. You will handle new hire onboarding, support hardware and VIP users, and maintain meeting room equipment, ensuring optimal IT functionality.

Responsibilities
  • You oversee the management of small equipment and handle asset tracking.
  • You onboard, stage, and prepare new equipment for new hires, ensuring timely distribution
  • You maintain and manage the laptop replacement program, including follow-up with staff and IT.
  • You provide technical support for head office staff, including VIP support.
  • You act as the primary point of contact for our service desk vendor technician on Tuesdays and Thursdays, following up on open tasks.
  • You support acquisitions, new office builds, and other related projects as required.
  • You monitor and escalate tickets as necessary, providing day-to-day troubleshooting support via the ticketing tool.
  • You manage the printer toner ordering process and ensure printers remain operational.
  • You maintain the quality and functionality of local meeting rooms, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
