We are seeking a talented and versatile IT Support Assistant / Full Stack Developer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who can handle both day-to-day IT support tasks and contribute to web/application development projects.
You will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting IT systems, providing technical assistance to staff, and collaborating on the development of software solutions to improve business operations. The ideal candidate is a problem solver with strong technical skills, capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in IT support and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one back-end language (Node.js, PHP, Python, etc.).
• Experience with databases (MySQL, MongoDB, etc.).
• Knowledge of networking, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and cloud services (AWS, Azure, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Familiarity with WordPress, React, or Vue.js.
• Understanding of IT security best practices.
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems.

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT systems, applications, and devices.
• Monitor system performance and perform preventive maintenance.
• Assist in network administration, security, and backup processes.
• Collaborate with the development team to design, develop, and maintain web applications.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code for both front-end and back-end.
• Maintain and update company websites, databases, and cloud services.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for systems and processes.
