Position Summary The IT Support Assistant will provide user, hardware, and software support, audit equipment inventories, draft documentation, perform onboarding and offboarding, and support the IT Manager. Essential Duties and Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Providing tier I support relating to incidents and service requests Providing software support for Windows 11, Microsoft Office Suite, CMS, and all other internal applications Keeping all hardware and software up to date with the latest versions and patches Completing all IT related onboarding tasks Imaging and setting up workstations Troubleshooting LAN/WAN connectivity issues Monitoring and checking systems for issues/errors Maintaining accurate inventory records of technical equipment and software licenses Providing hardware support for laptops, printers, tablets, phones, etc. Driving to secondary office locations as requested Attending regular meetings with the IT Team Performing other duties as assigned Requirements Required Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) High School diploma or equivalent 1-year experience with Microsoft Office Suite, and Windows 11 Experience with computer hardware, LAN/WAN Networks, general cyber security protocols, and firewalls A valid Nevada driver license, valid auto insurance, and proof of driving record Committed to maintaining integrity and confidentiality on behalf of clients and the Firm Preferred Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) Associate degree in computer science or equivalent experience A+ and/or Network+ Certifications Experience with Intune, Exchange Online, Group Policy Knowledge of scripting languages (Powershell, etc.) Efficiency in time management and maintaining deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills
