YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 2-4 years of hands-on IT support experience, ideally in a global environment
  • Strong proficiency with Windows 11; MacOS experience is a plus
  • Solid experience using enterprise-level ticketing systems
  • Practical knowledge of user provisioning through the Office 365 Admin Portal. Active Directory is helpful
  • Skilled in managing and maintaining accurate IT asset inventories
  • Service-oriented approach to maintaining on-site IT hardware and services, ensuring high availability and quality
  • Knowledge of Hyper-V, Azure Virtual Machines, and Azure Networking is an advantage
  • Basic knowledge of antivirus software and endpoint protection tools (e.g., Windows Defender)
  • Good understanding of basic networking concepts
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident, approachable, and committed to delivering outstanding support
  • Able to explain technical concepts clearly and support the rollout of new IT technologies
  • Highly reliable and discreet, especially when handling sensitive information

Responsibilities

As an IT Service Associate, you’ll provide level 1 and 2 support for PC and Mac users, manage user onboarding/offboarding, and ensure smooth operation of IT systems. Your primary objective will be to ensure our IT systems are running seamlessly and to deliver a superior support experience to our end-users. You will be based out of our Sydney office.

Provide first- and second-level support to PC and Mac users across the organization

  • Provide thorough Level 1 & 2 technical support across both PC and Mac platforms for a diverse user base
  • Manage the full IT lifecycle for employees, ensuring smooth onboarding and offboarding experiences
  • Administer corporate IT systems, including Microsoft 365 services such as Entra ID and Exchange Online
  • Oversee onsite hardware repairs and maintenance to minimize downtime
  • Set up new devices using cloud-based tools like Endpoint Manager (Intune), Ninja, and JAMF
  • Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, system health, and inventory
  • Ensure continuous, reliable IT operations with minimal disruptions
  • Support IT project rollouts in collaboration with the IT Support Manager
  • Maintain clear, up-to-date IT documentation
  • Respond to daily incidents, service requests, and technical issues involving hardware, software, and networks
