Job Description We are looking for an IT Process Automation Specialist (Asana, G-suite) to join our global team. Lead the transformation of our operations by automating workflows in Asana, managing our Google Workspace backbone, and ensuring seamless deployment of new IT solutions. Your main responsibilities will be: Workflow Standardization and Automation in Asana (60%); Design and implement scalable project and task management workflows in Asana. Collaborate with stakeholders to automate repetitive tasks, define standards, and support cross-functional project visibility; Google Workspace (G-Suite) Administration (20%); Manage user accounts, groups, access controls, and configurations within Google Workspace. Respond to internal service requests, resolve issues promptly, and ensure alignment with security and operational policies; User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of IT Solutions (20%); Conduct structured testing of new IT tools and enhancements to ensure functionality, usability, and business alignment prior to deployment; Document results and work with IT teams on improvements. Qualifications Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Excellent attention to detail and process-oriented thinking; Effective communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders; Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Languages: Ukrainian Nice to have: Experience creating business intelligence dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent tools; Familiarity with administrative configuration of collaboration platforms such as Google Workspace, Slack, Confluence, or similar environments; Basic knowledge of low-code/no-code automation platforms or scripting (e.g., Asana, Google Apps Script, is a plus.)
