Description:
The 3CX IT/Admin Officer is responsible for managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure, ensuring efficient and effective operation of all IT systems.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and databases.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
- Respond to and resolve IT support requests in a timely manner.
- Document IT processes
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
