Description
IT Support is responsible for providing technical assistance to internal users, ensuring the stability of software and network resources. The role includes troubleshooting, system maintenance, incident handling, and supporting daily operational needs to maintain efficient IT service delivery. The role also involves assisting with event installation and technical setup, ensuring all IT equipment and systems required for internal or external events operate smoothly. Job Description: Install, reinstall, and configure software, including Windows and macOS operating systems. Install, configure, and maintain Wi-Fi networks, CCTV systems, and door lock devices. Assemble personal computers and perform laptop component upgrades or repairs (when repairable). Diagnose and resolve issues related to software, hardware, networking, printers, Wi-Fi, Mikrotik, and CCTV. Support daily operational activities and provide technical assistance for internal and external events. Ensuring all IT assets are properly recorded, tracked, and maintained in the asset inventory system. Conducting regular asset audits to maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records. Requirements: Male Minimum 3 years experience as IT Support Good attitude. Active collaboration and ability to work effectively with team members. Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities. Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS environments. Ability to troubleshoot software, hardware, networking, printers, and CCTV issues. Experience with IT asset management and inventory systems. Familiarity with account provisioning, access control, and basic security practices. Experience supporting event installation and on-site technical setup. Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks under time pressure. Discipline in documentation and reporting. Willing to be placed in Jakarta
