QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum two (2) years of experience in computer systems, IT infrastructure and application support.
  • IT certification or a degree is an asset.
  • Working knowledge of common workplace software including LANDesk, Windows Server, VMware, Windows 10, Microsoft Office (365), Teams, Yammer, OneDrive, Service Now and SharePoint is an asset.
  • Experience supporting Business Critical Systems (ERP, MES, LIMS, CRM) is an asset.
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing environment or the corporate office of a manufacturing organization is an asset.
  • Client-focused approach with the ability to analyze and resolve hardware and software problems quickly and efficiently.

Trouw Nutrition is seeking an IT Support Coordinator to support our central region teams, based in St. Marys, ON. Reporting to the IT Business Lead, the candidate will be responsible for supporting technical operations at one of our largest manufacturing sites in Canada. This position will be part of the National IT team, providing both local and remote support to the user community.

ABOUT THE ROLE: ENSURING SEAMLESS IT OPERATIONS AND EXCEPTIONAL SUPPORT FOR TECHNICAL NEEDS

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain constant communication with all service providers and all levels of the IT organization.
  • Assist with asset procurement and management.
  • Analyze, resolve, and troubleshoot system issues related to local area networks, data communications, printers, phones, and system security.
  • Provide support for applications, including implementation, configuration, deployment of changes, and troubleshooting.
  • Collect data, perform analysis, and suggest improvements on usage, disruptions, and problems.
  • Contribute to the development and modification of the network/system and its various components.
