We are looking for a Part-Time IT Support Desk Analyst based in our Newmarket located office who would like to be part of our IT journey, ensuring we are resourced well and continue to effect change over the everyday working lives of over 600+ National Storage team members, 280+ centres and 100,000+ customers, as we rapidly expand.
THE ROLE:
Reporting to the IT Operations Manager, you will be responsible for providing technical support for the National Storage Group covering the areas of networking, security, user applications, maintenance and support of laptops, printer, mobile and computer hardware, core CRM solutions and other IT functions.
The role primarily will be providing support over three days per week, covering:
Thursday – 2:00pm to 9:00pm
Friday – 2:00pm to 9:00pm
Saturday – 9:00am to 5:30pm
RESPONSIBILITIES:
