It’s an exciting time for us at National Storage as we continue to expand and solidify ourselves as the market leader within Australasia for all things storage.
We are looking for a Part-Time IT Support Desk Analyst based in our Newmarket located office who would like to be part of our IT journey, ensuring we are resourced well and continue to effect change over the everyday working lives of over 600+ National Storage team members, 280+ centres and 100,000+ customers, as we rapidly expand.

Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

Reporting to the IT Operations Manager, you will be responsible for providing technical support for the National Storage Group covering the areas of networking, security, user applications, maintenance and support of laptops, printer, mobile and computer hardware, core CRM solutions and other IT functions.
The role primarily will be providing support over three days per week, covering:
Thursday – 2:00pm to 9:00pm
Friday – 2:00pm to 9:00pm
Saturday – 9:00am to 5:30pm

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Respond to Service Desk tickets within our SLA timeframes, ensuring all tickets are followed up or escalated until completed.
  • Remedy hardware, software and network issues and assist with various software and hardware projects across the business.
  • Assist with AD User Accounts, Azure, Microsoft 365, CRM Systems, Networking, Security, IT Asset Management, MDM solutions and much more!
  • Support with the preparation for new site locations - this includes telco account migrations, ordering new WAN/Telephony services and CRM configurations
  • Develop and maintain effective and productive relationships with external suppliers and stakeholders
