ABOUT YOU

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated IT Support Desk Apprentice to join our busy IT team. This role is perfect for someone who loves solving problems, has a genuine interest in technology, and wants to build a career in IT support.
As an apprentice, you’ll receive hands-on training, mentoring from our experienced IT professionals, and study towards a nationally recognised qualification, all while earning and gaining real-world experience in a global aviation company.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for IT queries from staff across the business
  • Supporting colleagues with hardware, software, and network issues (laptops, phones, printers, etc.)
  • Logging and managing support tickets, ensuring timely resolution
  • Assisting with setting up new users and devices
  • Helping maintain IT systems, equipment, and security protocols
  • Learning from our IT experts while developing your own technical and customer service skills
  • A genuine passion for IT and technology
  • Problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn
  • Good communication and people skills
  • Organised, proactive, and able to work as part of a team
  • Basic knowledge of IT systems (helpful but not essential – training provided)
